I have been on-site at Spanish Lakes every day - all day.
Our sweet community has been crushed, but we are not broken. In the past three days, I have witnessed an abundance of faith and hope. I’ve been humbled by the selfless acts of kindness of so many.
We have a lot of work to do. Once the dust settles and most of us get back to our ordinary day-to-day, we must not forget the people who will need us for months to come.
The county is developing a reunification plan for those unable to connect with loved ones. Florida Power & Light is working diligently to restore power as quickly as possible. We will keep you updated with the latest information as it becomes available.
Stay safe, and let us know how we can help. -State Representative Dana Trabulsy

For everyone who wants to volunteer. So far, we have cleared 2 blocks of debris for those who will accept our assistance. The intersection is Eastwood Drive and Eden Road.
For those calling for assistance. #DoYouGiveARuck? is trying our best to get to you. House by house, block by block. We are coming, just hang tight.
I think this needs to be said. We are not a tree company or a landscaping company. We aren't going to pressure wash your house or mow your yard. We aren't going to clean your gutters. We are simply there to move debris that may cause harm to yourself or others. Most importantly, we are clearing a path for the linemen.
For those that are trying to communicate with me. Service is extremely spotty. Your new number to contact is 772 480 2624. Wendy Richmond is my mother, and will give you live updates on our locations. Or call David Robison at (772) 203-4740. Both will be able to assist you!
I have a ton of people who need help. I need more volunteers and chainsaws. A mini excavator would be awesome or a skid steer. I know how to operate both.
If you can't physically help, please donate to our cause at Doyougivearuck.com .

Do you need disaster relief?
We can help you apply for FEMA assistance and guide you to other resources to help you recover.
* Please note that before applying for federal disaster relief through FEMA, you should always contact your insurance company first and file a claim if you have insurance coverage for the damage, as FEMA will only assist with losses not covered by your insurance policy; meaning you need to provide them with your insurance settlement or denial information when applying for assistance.
It’s heartbreaking to see the devastation of Al’s Family Farms. They have been such an iconic small business in the heart of our community. If you have or know of any local businesses in St. Lucie County that had destruction because of the storms, please reach out so we can offer assistance, and help to get you back on your feet.
